PRICE – the prices payable for products that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT(where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of placing your order.

Price for the products that you order is payable to us in full at the time you place the order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not given us the correct payment details.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Dietary information; our products are made in the same environment as nuts, almonds, milk and gluten.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

4. DELIVERY

Our delivery charges are set out in our website. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by you, while placing your order. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas.

ORDERING ERRORS – If the products you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock, choose a reasonable substitute or cancel your order.

We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us.

Should you fail to be present for your delivery it is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery.
5. REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with any product that you receive from us, please contact us at retail@akessons-organic.com, sending a photo of the product. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty products by recorded delivery to:

If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product.

The only reason that we will offer a refund is for a faulty product. As per the guidance from the Office of Fair Trading, we are not able to accept order cancellations, offer refunds or allow the return of our products for any other reason due to their perishable nature.
